Depending on your area there may be;
- Peer Support groups available to you, you can usually find these on Google or Facebook- it's best to check the information is up to date as they do change from time to time.
- Specialist Infant Feeding support available to you. Your Midwife or Health Visitor will have further information on this and how to access as some may require a referral from a health care professional and some you may be able to self refer to.
